Job Context
- The Senior Coordinator of the Human Resources Department, specializing in HR Operations and Strategic Planning, is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the organization`s goals. This role involves overseeing HR processes, streamlining workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to optimize the organization`s human capital.
Job Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, record-keeping, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Develop and implement standardized HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and streamline HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other relevant talent sources.
- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, job evaluations, and benefits package management.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and analyze key HR data.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor HR trends and industry best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support employee relations activities, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and employment practices to ensure compliance.
- Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to legal requirements and mitigate risks.
- Partner with legal counsel, as necessary, for interpretation and guidance on HR-related matters.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Masters in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- 4 – 6 Years of proven experience in HR operations and strategic planning, preferably in a supervisory HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
