Job Responsibilities
- Ensures safety & security system of the entire Factory and Office.
- Maintain Officers, Staffs, and workers Daily attendance (In-Out and OT)
- Checked all vehicle in-out from Factory Gate and Keep record of all Gate Pass & challan
- Develops security management system to maintain safe work environment
- Takes preventive action in respect of safety & security aspect as deemed necessary for the organization
- Prepares duty roster of entire security staff & ensure their 24 hours duty
- Leads, supervise & monitor the security personnel for ensuring zero incident/theft
- Promptly respond on all emergencies if arises and keep liaison with police, RAB and other Govt. Security Agencies.
- Performs periodical audit on Project and Office security, safety & fire safety to find out hazards/improvement area, take the corrective and preventive action accordingly
- Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.
- Report for any unwanted incident immediately to the authority
- Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.

Educational Requirements
- HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline.

- 5 to 10 year(s)

- Age 30 to 40 years
- • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Security and Surveillance at day and night
- • Retired Army Officers or candidates having minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in Private Security Agency, are eligible to apply.
- • Physically well fit..
- • Willingness to work in the company for long period.
- • Candidates having security related certification, will be given preference.
- • Ability to work under pressure.
- • Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
