Job Context
- The job responsibilities include receiving inbound calls or making outbound calls for tele sales and telemarketing purposes. You will be responsible for explaining ideas and information to customers, managing customer files and records, and working full-time with 9-hour shifting duties. Flexibility to work in any shift (day/evening/night) is required, and the ability to convincingly communicate with people over the phone is essential.

- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 25 years

- Must have good oral communication skills.
- Should be able to handle telephone or e-mail inquiries.
- Expertise in Ms-Office (Ms-Word & Ms-Excel) operation is a must.
- Social media interaction skill.
- Candidates residing adjacent to Uttara/ Khilkhet/ Tongi area will get preference.
