Job Context
- The Assistant Manager – IT will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure and networks of the organization. The role involves installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT systems, network systems, ERP systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/ software related issues within a shortest possible time.
- This is a frequent position that will require the manager frequently visit other branches.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows-based servers.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network and computer related issues.
- Install and Configure operating systems and application software.
- Set up and configure various types of printers, including IP/Network printers, Dot Matrix, Laser, Inkjet, Barcode label, and card printers.
- Monitor mail servers and related services (POSTFIX, POP3, and IMAP).
- Install and configure surveillance systems and attendance devices.
- Perform any related task assigned by the department.
- Branch Software maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of hardware and network.
- To ensure professional and proactive IT support to staffs, ensuring integrity and reliability of IT systems
- ICT skill development training to staffs.
- Intense support in program operation and execution of ICT task.

Educational Requirements
- B.SC in CSE/CS/ETE/EEE or equivalent degree from any public and private university with good academic score.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Sound skill in hardware and network troubleshooting
- Understanding of Computer power, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS
- Inter-networking concepts and able to manage office network.
- CCNA/MSSQL/ other technical certification is preferred.
- Must have aptitude to buildup career in ICT support.
- Candidates should be challenging, hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- MCSA, RHCSA, CCNA Certification will get preference
